Doctors typically visit new residents within 72 hours of arrival. After that, visits are based on individual needs. Our nursing team stays in close contact with physicians and can provide updates.
Once your doctor approves medication orders, they're promptly sent to our pharmacy for delivery. For urgent needs, our nurses will consult with your physician. Note that controlled substances require additional processing time.
Our therapy team will meet with you within 24 hours of admission to create a personalized plan. Your schedule will be tailored to your specific needs and goals.
We serve breakfast from 7:30-8:30 AM, lunch 12:15-1:15 PM, and dinner 5:30-6:30 PM. Meals follow physician orders and can be enjoyed in your room or our dining area. Discuss your preferences with your nurse.
Yes, private phones are available in each room and at nursing stations. We offer Wi-Fi throughout the facility - just ask staff for the network password.
Absolutely. We deliver mail to residents personally, Monday through Saturday.
Yes, we have hairstylists on-site weekly. Contact our front desk to schedule an appointment.
Outside food is allowed, but please check with nursing staff first, especially for special diets. Any food kept in rooms must be in sealed containers.
We provide and launder bed linens, gowns, and towels. Personal laundry service is complimentary, but families may opt to handle it themselves. We ask that laundry be done at least weekly to maintain hygiene standards.
We recommend five changes of comfortable clothes and non-slip shoes. All items should be labeled with the resident's name. We can provide a detailed clothing list and assist with labeling.
We have a diverse activity program including music, fitness, religious services, games, and outings. Activities are tailored to residents' abilities and interests. We welcome family involvement and suggestions.
While we don't set strict limits, please check our current visitation policies. We ask visitors to be mindful of shared rooms and other residents' needs.
Yes, you can reserve our dining room or other spaces for special occasions through our Activities Director. Availability may be limited, so please book in advance.
Residents may leave with physician authorization. Please coordinate through our nursing staff and sign our leave of absence book when departing and returning.
